Fabio was punctual from his appointed time to give me a quote to the time for installation. His crew was professional and respectful of my furniture and in the way they refinished my floors. | have had it refinished 3 times and they were the best. One night, they worked until 10 to get the job done on time. they are the best.

Floors & Maintenance did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors. Fabio and team sanded and refinished about 1400 SF of hardwoods in my home. The process was explained to me upfront and | was informed each day what would happen next. The service included moving my furniture out/back in. Fabio went above and beyond by adding custom stained vent covers and replacing some rotting wood by a door. My cabinets and draperies were covered in plastic to help minimize the effect of the dust. The process took 6 days and | choose  to stay in a hotel once the stain/poly was applied (fumes). My floor looks better now than it did when | moved in 18 years ago. Great Job!
